Fairly easy assembly, misaligned screw every chair

Chairs are very nice. Look beautiful at the counter. I bought four. Assembly was easy but took some time. However, one particular screw hole was misaligned on every single chair. This screw hole is on the same location on every chair. This was frustrating, so I chose not to include that particular screw in every chair.

Chair

Look nice but not sturdy. Husband is tall and looks like he is sitting on a kids chair. Chair seem larger in the picture.
