Bad locks

The product is very hard to assemble. The pieces do not lock in I spent 12 hours trying to put it together I just gave up.

Decent shoe storage, excellent service

I recently purchased the Costway shoe storage rack through Macy's. It is comprised of vinyl covered wire frames that fit together with plastic fasteners. I checked the parts inventory, and had received all of the parts required for four rows of three compartments. I opted to configure my storage rack with one row of four compartments four rows of two on top. As a result, I was short one 30cm x 40cm panel and one 30cm x 30cm panel. When I contacted Costway to ask them if I could purchase the additional panels, they informed me that they would immediately ship the needed parts free of charge. I received the additional panels within two business days from the date I had requested the additional parts. 5 stars for a decent product and excellent service.

Not what I expected for the price

I like it, however its not what I expected. I think it should have included extra parts especially when some of them pop off so easy

Shoe rack organizer

The shoe rack organizer was easy to construct and works well for me however the components at the top of the unit do not stay in place. This is the only draw back.

Love it!

I really love my new shoe organizer! You can build it whatever you like it. You can put boots and high heels. It was not to complicated to build it, just took me like 45 min. and wow amazing!

I curse the person who created this product. U did not keep the consumer in mind and it’s absolutely impossible to put together
