Missing pieces

Got this indoor playground for my son's 4th birthday. We were all set to surprise him with it and turns out 3 pieces were missing. I reached out to the company and they did respond quickly but they only sent 1 piece. Without the other pieces it's not sturdy enough for my son to play. I've been waiting for 6 months! Worst thing is that I can't even return it. Money well wasted.
