Easy to assemble!

Easy to put together and adjust. Had a problem with the left pedal. Your customer service got us in touch with Costway's customer service . We sent pictures of the part , and in no time, received a replacement pedal that works perfectly. If you have a problem, let them know. Thank you Macys for backing your products

The wheel is to loud.

The only problem I have with this bike, is the loud noise of the wheel. It makes a loud screeching sound when I first get on, and when the wheel is turning, it sounds like metal against metal. My old bike was very quiet. I wish I still had it. I regret buying this bike.

The perfect ride!

I purchased this bike, and I love it! The bike was easy to assemble, has a smooth ride, and it's solid, very sturdy. I would definitely recommend this bike for purchase. GREAT quality for a good price. The only downfall was with shipping. The box is very heavy, and the carrier made handles (holes) in the box to carry it. I almost lost a washer and a screw. They fell out when I moved the box. No major issues.
