Returning

After my husband put it together no resistance at all not worth it will be returning

Do not purchase

This equipment is missing parts to hold it together. I have reached out to the seller several times and they have never responded. I just wanted the missing parts. Now I think I want to return it. Seems awfully small so only a smaller person can use it.

Trainer bench

It is nice but I have severe bad problems it looks like it would be easier for me to do sit-ups which it is but it's extremely low to the ground so it's hard for me to get to it and out of it because of my back and then when I did get in it to do the setups the rollers things killed my back they're not as soft as they look. I think if you can get up and down from the ground easy and would be a good workout bench for you .

Awesome product

I absolutely love this. I gained a lot of weight after having 2 strokes, cancer, and heart surgery. I'm a BIG woman, and I fit on it fine. You have to try this!!!
