Nice concept, poor execution.

This seemed like an ideal product: makes hot water, cold water, and ice! There's a lock on the hot water button for safety. It's not too gigantic. However, after nearly a year and several cleaning attempts, the water still tastes like plastic. It's undrinkable. The ice is also really noisy when it's made, and if you leave it on the ice will eventually melt and leak around the machine. Overall, nice concept but poor execution.

Worked great for about 6 months and then it started to act up. It wouldn't work or it would not stop running the water. We had to unplug it to make it work again. Not even a year later the whole system started to leak water all over the floor. Once I open it there was mold in the water reservoir. That just horrified me because my family was drinking it!!!! Will never buy it again!! Waste of money.

3 in 1 is the attraction, poor performance/design

I purchased this machine for the 3 in 1 feature and stainless feature. The problem is that the cold water tastes terrible and the stainless is only on the front of the machine. The aides are white, but the front is stainless and black. The white looks terrible. We love the ice the machine makes, but if we cannot find a remedy to the foul taste of the cold water, this machine will be returned. It is also pretty noisy.
