Mixed feelings

I have a very mixed review about the stools. I ordered 4 stools in total. I received 1 misdrilled seat, 1 chipped footrest, and 1 misdrilled swivel. When I contacted the customer service via the email address on the instructions, they were very rapid in responding and sending me a replacement part. The stools were very easy to assemble by myself. Just read and follow the instructions with pictures. Each stoll took anout 30 minutes from start to finish. They are attractive and nice to sit on.
