Still waiting for my package…

Placed an order on Nov 26. Receiced a confirmation email stated it was shipped the next day. 10 days have gone by, tracking still saying “Arrive tommorrow”. Called the customer service and was told by the automatic system “the package is on its way”. So disappointed
