shopping at macy's has become undesirable

I have tried to choose the best words to write this review since it is disrespectful that after a week of buying at Macy's they tell me that the product is not available. This was a Valentine's Day gift and I was never able to give it thanks to Macy's lack of respect for not saying from the first day that it was available and I paid for it to arrive in 2 days and 5 days later they tells me it is not available. Macy's has really become the worst and least reliable store in South Florida
