Does the job.
Chose this model for the variety of temp settings, bluetoooth capability and price point. So far so good. The lid, however, is a traditional teapot lid and somewhat hazardous to remove when the kettle is hot since there’s no temp indicator. Be careful!

Not Only Stylish But Functional
This gooseneck kettle from Cosori is as smart and stylish as claimed, and works like a charm. There's a reason it's the best pick in current reviews of electric kettles. The thin goose neck allows you to pour more accurately when making tea or coffee pour-overs. Unfortunately, it arrived in a U-Line shipping box so I won't be buying anything else online from Macy's.

Hot but Not Boiling
Although this seems to be a nice product, but I really would like to be having the water boiling rather than just close to boiling. For making a perfect tea, water needs to be boiling for at least some seconds if not minutes. So I took an star off

Nice kettle but...
I have the Original version of this and I loved it so much that I bought this newer version because I didn't see an option to buy the original. The app/remote control feature is wasted on me as it's not something I need so I didn't set that up. It seems easy, tho, if you do want the feature. The old version would keep the water hot for 60 min as default when you press hold. This new version is only 30 minutes by default. The only way to change that is through the app. Also, once you remove the kettle from the base and start pouring the water, the new version shuts off, even if you have pressed hold. So you then have to set the kettle again if you want it kept warm. The old version allowed time to pour the water and would stay on. IDK why they took that feature out. So 4 stars on this one. 5 on the original.
