Not the tool for herb drying

DO NOT BUY this if you want it for drying herbs! I used mine twice & with a single layer of fresh basil leaves, well spaced, they aren't dry after 48 hours. I've dried herbs in my oven in 2 hours & thought it would be environmentally friendlier to buy a dehydrator but was I ever wrong. I wish I had known ahead of time that this isn't the tool to use for herbs.

Wouldn’t purchase a Cosori product again…

Cosori Customer Support is not at all responsive. I emailed them questions about this product 15 days ago and they have not bothered to respond. Very poor Customer Service.

Great Dehydrator

It’s great. As expected with no issues. We’ve made jerky and dried fruit, and they came out tasting wonderful. No complaints.

I absolutely love these units!

These units are so good, I bought two so I could process more. Super easy to use and quiet. I would recommend buying perforated silicone sheets if you plan on making marinated jerky.

Dehydrator Works Well

I have another dehydrator that I love and wanted a second one. But the Cosori was much less expensive and was recommended by a couple of friends so I decided to try it. First off, I have to say this was the best packaged item I have received in years. Very well done. I've already used the machine quite a bit. It was easy to learn, works well, and I hope will last me for a long time. My older dehydrator is still my favorite, but this one's good too, especially for the money.
