Impossible to Use
I purchased this as a gift for my husband for fathers day. NYT Wirecutter gave is excellent reviews as did Amazon--which is where I purchased it on June 11th. I have no idea why it gets such high ratings. Using the controls are a nightmare. The oven never leaves the pre-heat status. The timer does not count down. There is no on/off button--just a pause button and it is unclear if it will auto-shut so we end up unplugging it. We have read and re-read all the support materials and have not found any troubleshoot advice which applies to these issues. If you google the issue you go down a rabbit hole of on-line complaints for this model ( the 11 in One Smart Air Fryer Toaster Oven) and various kinds of advice on the Cosori website, but I have spent hours trying to resolve this issue to no avail. While I love Alexa, my husband does not use here but one would assume that the manual controls would suffice. We always keep our box for appliances in case of a need for return but on the one occasion we did not do so. It is a beautiful appliance with excellent room but that becomes irrelevant.

Glass front issue
Worked well for about a year and a half. Today I took a tray of cooked food out of the oven. About a minute later heard a loud pop and found the glass front completely cracked.

Red menu light solid and can’t do anything
Brand new unit. Plugged it in and will not turn off or go into any other function. Red menu light solid.

Great air fryer.

Two racks and a large window see what you're cooki
We purchased this a couple years ago opposed to using a standard air fryer we won the option of having the oven and using it for air fryer baking broiling and you get a lot more space comes with two racks very safety use has a light inside so you can see your food while it's cooking gives you such a variety of how many ways to prepare food we couldn't be happier my wife loves it happy wife happy life

Cold Review
Bottom Tray when put in has a huge gap that let's the heat out and smell of food. Once food is cooked and ready, the food gets cold really fast since it does not hold the heat due to the defect with bottom try not having a secure hold and sealed properly. Shame cause the smart option is unique and nice look but not worth buying.
