Great Cookbook

This book simplifies weekly dinners. It is clear and concise on directions (even my husband follows along) on prepping, storing, and fixing the meals. Great quick dinners for people on the go!

Great book

Good recipes that really simplify the week. Just what I've been looking for. However all the recipes call for A LOT of meat. I halved the amount of meat called for and left the veggie portions the same or increase slightly and the recipes turn out great.
