How Macy’s allows this to be mailed in only a shipping box, without a manufacturer box containing the items is beyond me. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift. I never bought an item such as pots and pans that didn’t have a box to house them all! This looks like some used items that were just shoved in fed ex box and shipped out. No manufacturer box like you would buy in a store. Very disappointed! Guess I just have to wrap my gift in the box it was delivered in with all my shipping labels and outer tape that traveled half way around the country. Unacceptable!!

Lid warped in 2 places
Had high hopes as a replacement for my Rachel Ray set from years ago. It said dishwasher safe. After running through 1 cycle without heated dry this warped in 2 places. Never used. Contacted Macy's the day received and they told me I had to wait 5 days for the manufacturer to contact me as it was a third party seller. The manufacturer didn't email me. Called back 5 days later and requested a return label to send back. Beware third party sellers as the return process is too complicated.

Best pot and pen set I have.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pot and pan set. The spoon and spatula that come with it have a riser on the bottom so you don't have to worry about setting them down and getting dirty, they stay about a inch above where you set them down. The pans are great as well for frying up burgers, eggs, etc and the best part is that what you are cooking does not stick to the pan. I made pasta in the bigger pot, in my opinion the best part of this was the clean up. Nothing stuck to the sides, no pasta sauce caked on, was able to quickly wipe the pot clean. They are easy to clean up so no need to put them in your dishwasher. They can be cleaned out within minuets by hand. Now on to the lids, I like the grips that make it easier to hold when draining and don't burn your hands, but what I don't like is how high they are up, it takes a quite bit of storage if you leave them straight up, my solution was to turn the lids upside down so the handle is in the pot and taking up less storage space. On the other hand if you have a hanging storage system for your pots and pans this is perfect for that. I think this would make a great, house warming, wedding, birthday, Christmas, etc present.

A great cooking set!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My current cookware was starting to show its age so it was time to get some new cookware and I love this set! It comes with a great mix of sizes and the pots and pans are sturdy. I really like the long handles which makes it nice to move around when cooking without worrying about getting too close to the heat. The nonstick on everything has been great so far and makes cooking and clean up so much faster! I also really like the added stand on the spoon and spatula. It's so nice to be able to put the utensils on my counter while I'm cooking and not worrying about it getting my counters dirty.

A cook's dream
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pots last month and was just blown away. These pots are heavy duty, nonstick, and well made. The sides and bottom are thicker than your normal everyday pots. It allows for the heat to disperse evenly, which is awesome. The handles on the glass lids are higher raised which means no burning sensation. Yes!! The 2 utensils that came with the pots are just as heavy duty. They also have a built in spoon rest on the handle. What what! These pots made me throw out my old stuff. They are the best nonstick ever!

Well built!

Have used each to cook with and no problems cleaning up after use! Excellent product. The only complaint i would have is with the utensils. Well made but not balanced well

This cookware set is very nice and I'm so glad I was selected to try it. Hard Anodized Technology is used to make the cookware more durable than standard nonstick cookware. This technology method makes it harder than stainless steel. It is also more dense and will not chip in long time use. While unpacking the set, I could tell that this set was made from quality products. Each piece is heavy, solid and made with perfection. I foresee this cookware lasting for many years.

Good Set of Cookware for New Cooks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good set of pots and pans for someone that is looking for a complete set. I like that they are non-stick and have a hard-anodized surface. The handles on the pots, pans and lids have a stay cool grip. As a home cook that grabs the fry pan handle to toss and flip food, I don’t have to worry about burning myself and love this feature. The set has lids made of glass. I like this because it gives you some insight into what’s going on even when cooking food that is covered. The lids are tight fitting which helps prevent evaporation and heat loss. The lids fit also fit on the fry pans. The sauté pan is a great size at 3 quarts. It’s a couple inches deep with a lid and is perfect for saucier recipes that require something deeper than a fry pan. There are a couple things I don’t care for with the cookware. The cookware is not metal utensil safe but it DOES come with a couple utensils that are safe for using with the cookware. I’m not a fan of utensils coming with a cookware in general. I find that utensils included are something I either won’t use or I just don’t need it. I don’t feel that it adds anything to the set cookware. My set also had an error of having two spatulas and no spoon. Since I probably won’t use the included utensils, I decided not to contact the company about the error. This, however, has no impact on my overall thoughts of the cookware set and how it works. If this was a gift for someone moving into a new home or getting their first set of cookware, the utensils would come in handy. In regard to using the cookware, I’ve been cooking with this set of pots and pans for a few weeks. I find that they heat evenly and quickly to bring liquids and foods up to temperature. Cleaning them has been a breeze, even when cooking things like eggs. I’ve made eggs in them and added cheese to the eggs. They still clean up well! No scrubbing needed. The wipe out clean and easy. I’ve used the pots to make rice and the tight-fitting lid allows gives good results to the rice. Sauces have heated quickly with the lid on and the glass lid lets me see a little inside on how things are going. Overall, I think this cookware set would be good for a young home cook just starting that needs a full set of pots and pans or the home cook that does not require a lot of specialized sized pots and pans.
