Awful

Deceiving product. Paid a hirer price for what I thought was a cute and comfy product. Legs broke almost immediately, and once when is fixed another breaks right after. Better off buying a cheaper futon from Walmart

Within a week, leg broke right off! Not a Macy's problem, have to deal with Costway and they do not respond! Save yourself a headache!

Zero stars

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought two of these futons and when I sat down on one of them the leg in the front right corner completely broke off from the board it was attached to. The futon tilted to one side and hit the floor. (I weigh about 135 lbs.) I was thankful that none of my cats were under the futon at the time! I had that futon for only a few months. The second futon that I had for only a few months also, leaked little clear plastic balls from the bottom edge of the futon.
