Sent used sneakers

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered these sneakers for my daughter and was disappointed to open the box to find clearly used sneakers. The rubber toe is all scuffed up, the white canvas is filthy, and the back converse rubber tag is falling apart from being worn, and dirt and hair are on the sole of both sneakers. How is no one checking the package before sending it out? Now I have to make a visit to the store to return and exchange for the new sneakers I should have received.
