Dress came to me with no tags :(

This dress came to me with no tags like it was worn before. I will bring it back to the store for a full refund. All the other dresses came with tags on and I chose another one. The dress was nice but would have needed too many alterations for me. I am taking off 2 stars for the lack of tags.
