Odd fabric and poor seams

The fabric is different from the picture. It has thin ribbing. The hems and seams are poorly sewn. The overall quality is low.

Nice dress

Bought on sale. Quality better then expected. I am 5ft5, 36'' chest, 32" hips. The lower part is a bit loose for me, but all together it looks nice.
