Not worth the money!

For the amount charged for these, they did nothing! They actually made what was going on worse if anything. Sucks when you spend so much money on something that doesn’t work. I bought another brand and within a couple of days felt so much better.

Needed Extra Support

I have tried various probiotics with mixed results. I was hopeful that incorporating this one would be helpful with a recent gut flare up, as I use many other Mary Ruth products, but it didn't help as well as I had hoped. I still needed additional digestive enzyme supports and the pill was large and often left an aftertaste (similar to a fish oil). After using it for a month, I am opting to try a different probiotic with different strands to see if it works better and is easier to take.

Can't get over the smell

I had thought maybe these gone bad. The smell was awful and they bothered my stomach. I gave them to my 22 year old son with a tough stomach to try and he had a hard time with them too. He took them consistently anyway and didn't notice a positive difference. Not sure these are worth the smell.

Take these every morning and the drops every night. Feel soooo much better and I'm so thankful. I now use 5 MR supplements daily and will never stop. Feel better, more energy, and positive outlook! One more comment, lots of complaints about smell and taste in all reviews which I have not found to be the case. In fact, I look forward to taking all of my supplements.

Did the formula change?

I was getting this until it become out of stock. once it was back after a very long wait it doesn't seem the same to me. It doesn't seem to work like I remember and has a foul taste when the capsules hit your tongue/throat. ): This is the reason for the three stars ):

Great results!

I had a slow transit problem. This product is the best probiotic I have ever taken! It played a big part in helping me get my entire digestive system moving!
