Great product. Nightmare delivery.

Great product. Horrible delivery. You cannot get anyone on the phone without going through automated options and holding quite a while. Once they answer they are English second language and not easy to understand, then they just repeat paragraphs with previously prepared responses. They delivered to my billing address instead of mailing address. 100% their fault. Left a large product in a retail UPS Store which is my mailing address. It was a nightmare trying to resolve. We had it moved ourself because it was preventing the UPS Store from operating and no help from delivery customer service other than to offer to pickup 12 days later. Terrible experience from delivery to resolution. Things happen, but I don’t want an automated system and someone I cannot fully understand who could care less on the resolve team.

Good looking but won’t last

I’ve had this table for a week and at first I loved it, seemed like it was well made and the style is just what I wanted - even though the color is a little off from the website (has a yellow tone to it). Since then I noticed that any little thing permanently scuffs it. I put a cup of tea on it for leas than a minute and it has a permanent ring on the surface. Tried everything to get rid of it and nothing worked. As a show piece it’s great, but it’s not a practical table for a family with kids. I regret my purchase. Also there’s no number to call for customer service on this issue.
