Not amazing quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bag is nice, but the handle does not seem very sturdy. We have not traveled with it yet, but I foresee if not lasting long.

Same story, different review

I don't ever write reviews, but I am very upset about this luggage. Second time taking it on a trip. Not even a month old and multiple things are wrong already. Like the review above, I cannot get the handle to extend all the way as well. After a few tries, it works but the same thing happens again. I am glad it was not just me. Again, using it for only the second time and one of the outer zippers broke leaving all my stuff hanging out on the conveyor belt. And the zipper puller came completely off. Like said before, don't waste your money and go a different route if you want a nice piece of luggage.

Not the quality I expected from Columbia

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited to write this review until I'd had a chance to take it on a trip. While I loved the roomy size and all the pockets, it felt cheap from the start. Then heading into the airport couldn't get the handle to pull out all the way-good thing I'm a bit short! Never did manage to get it out all the way. Having packed the bag fully, it kept tipping over-not well designed in that respect. The plastic handle for helping put it in an overhead bin feels quite cheap, but held up fine. It was a bit over-sized in depth for airline requirements, but was able to put in in the overhead bin on Icelandair. If you want a quality bag for travel, go somewhere else. If you are happy with a cheap bag, you can get a better price other places.
