SIde pocket gone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been wearing these shorts for years. Have probably over fifty pair, as I buy multiple pairs of each color that comes out. Just opened my first pair of Backcast IV, that I ordered in May. Went to use the side pocket, and it was gone! I thought I had received a pair of faulty shorts to start. Being Christmas, I didn't worry about it until I got home. After reading over the specs, I see they eliminated the side pocket. This kind of makes them less desirable for fishing, and other activities. I wear these and Aftco, mainly for the side pocket. So disappointing!

Feature Eliminated Without Notice

I have been buying the Backcast shorts for years and I ordered three replacements recently. The accessory side pocket as depicted in the description has been eliminated. Very disappointed because I have used that pocket for keys, cell phone, etc.

Backcast IV

I’ve been wearing these for years. They are comfortable and durable. It says in the Details section that the Backcast IV have the little side pocket like the older styles, but they do NOT.
