Too small, 2 different standards???

The Delta Ridge II Down Zip-Front Jacket is great quality, and I started out my journey by trying on a large size jacket in official Columbia store locally which was a great fit for me, but they didn't had in the green color, so I started searching online and I was able to find it at Macy's same jacket, same color, same size and when I got it here and tried it on, for some reason Macy's jacket did not fit at all, it was waaay too small on me ! I double checked the size, the style number and label which was identical on both and decided to return it because of "running too small" I have no explanation on this, but the 2 stores have 2 different size standards, or I really don't know what happened...yet waiting for refund from Macy's, less shipping costs...

Poor fit, Price too high, Poor Customer Service

For being a down jacket priced at almost double the cost of most other retailers, this was a terrible fitting coat and not warm at all. When trying to return it for an exchange, customer service was awful. Now I understand why stores like Macy's are closing and losing business. If you had better trained customer service, we might be able to overlook the higher price, but sadly this isn't the case.

Just not warm

That coat does not keep you warm especially in the type of weather we are having on the East Coast. Its suicidal wearing it in now.

Cold Spots Galore

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks cool but that’s its down fall. Hold it up to a light and see how much jacket actually has down in it. The design prevents a large portion of the jacket to be insulated. The shiny may make a difference if the jacket wasn’t working against it.

Excellent down jacket if you get it on sale

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a very long time since I owned a down jacket. This is the duck down version and I like the pattern better than the synthetic version. This jacket is thin, not bulky but warm! I have worn it in the low 20's and I am nice and warm. I am 6'3", 44 ish chest and got the XL. It's a bit roomy but I was afraid the L would be too tight with a mid layer.
