Zipper was broken

The zipper doesn’t work. Annoyed with the purchase and trying to figure out how to exchange.

Beautiful and warm!

This coat is gorgeous and so warm! My daughter loves it! My only complaint is the fur on the hood keeps coming unbuttoned on one end. I’m sure I can add a stitch to fix that right up.

Great for active kids

Not sure why some reviews said it's small, looks very true to size. Bought M for 5year old who wears one size up now, hoping to get it for next season. And it's jumbo. Very very light and thin. No heat technology in arms.
