Upside Down

I purchased this bag as a law school graduation present for my granddaughter. It arrived today and was shocked to see the embossed words “REACTION KENNETH COLE are upside down! The words are on the strip of leather on the bottom of the large flap closure. Needless to say, I’m calling customer service tomorrow and it will be returned.

Supple leather bag helped me fly to Italy

Love my leather messenger bag! Mediterranean cruise time. Wanted roomy bag for last minute additions to my packing.
