bad customer service

Macy's customer is the worst I have ever experienced. The associates lie and tell you what ever you want to hear to get a good review and then do not do as the say. You believe the issue is resolved but no it is not will. You will have to call several times then maybe.....

Impressive!

I hate when people review stuff and stay. It's great or I love it! I like my reviews to be helpful. These are well made and grind your pepper to the finest. Or if you prefer, you can leave the top notch a little looser and the pepper will pour out thicker. the bottom portion feels like porcelain. They are not too tall--but have generous refills. The black and white make it so much easier to just grab and go. No more mistaking pepper for salt! Highly recommend these!

Grinder stopped working

The salt shaker stopped grinding salt after 1st use. I have to use the pepper grinder for salt so only have 1 useable grinder

Sounded good but not really

They worked great at first then the pepper mill quit working. Won't grind at all. Probably lasted 1 month. Salt grinder still works so there is that!
