Ouchy!

Purchased these on sale, based on my experience with other Cole Haan shoes. Ordered a 9.5 B, like I usually wear, and these are so, so, so tight!!! Really disappointed as I was hoping for something I'd love as much as the other Cole Haan shoes I have. Unfortunately, not returnable as they were on sale. I'll never be able to wear these.

Beautiful boot but….

This boot is so beautifully crafted with soft supple leather and a perfect toe box and heel. Unfortunately, placement for a zipper was not designed with this boot. As a result the ankle area is roomier to allow the foot to access the bottom of the boot. But when completely on, the boot puckers at the ankle taking away a sleek, slender look that I was hoping for… so sadly I returned the Chrystie boot.
