Meh

These were way too tight so I sized up. They also aren’t super warm and the “touch screen” thumb and index finger don’t work very well. Not worth the $$$ even on sale

Not as good as expected

Nice leather quality, soft. Couple issues with my purchase are the size is a bit misrepresented, they run smaller size. Another is the insert layer of the glove is smaller than the leather part, especially in fingers area. So it looks like your fingers are shorter with weird empty ends.

Bad customer service not the product

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received regarding order placed on January 6. The Macy’s website continued to show the package as "on the way," but when I checked the delivery vendor’s website, it indicated the package was delivered on January 9—yet I never received it. I initially contacted two agents about the lost package, which was intended as a birthday gift for myself. The first agent assured me that a replacement would be sent, but that never happened. The second agent confirmed that the replacement would arrive by my birthday, but now it’s January 21. When I reached out again, a third agent told me I needed to change my name in the chat box to proceed. Then, a fourth agent claimed I needed the billing person to initiate the chat. I provided the same information tied to my billing details. I used my account and my credit card for this gift for myself—but the agent refused to help, instead providing me with a phone number before abruptly ending the chat.
