Disappointed in shoes

Horrible experience! I was sent the wrong shoes in the correct box and lied to by the Macy’s rep when I asked for the correct shoes to be sent. He said they would express them to me when they didn’t have them and they had no intention of sending the new shoes without the wrong shoes being sent back first even though I used my Macy’s credit card and there was plenty of room to change me for another pair of shoes.

These are done if the most comfortable heels I have. I bought them in lavender and received so many compliments.

Nice, basic shoe

This is a nice, basic shoe that can go with just about anything. The heel height is just right and I find the thinner straps make it actually a lot more comfortable. No chafing or break-in period and the sole is just as comfy as I expect of any Cole Haan shoe.

Women’s Josie Block Heel Sandal

Adorable shoes and super comfortable! I bought them in the gold and the suede geranium color. I wore them to a luau and got lots of compliments. U can’t go wrong with Cole Haan shoes!
