Comfy but runs very large and feet do not breathe

In terms of comfort, it is very comfortable on the feet. But one thing to note is that the feet don’t ‘breathe’, if you know what I mean. I have to constantly take them off throughout the day to let them breathe, even though the soles are VERY comfortable. Finally, after reading all the reviews, I saw that it runs large, but I still bought my regular size anyway because going a size down has never worked out for me. However this time it is HUGE!!!! Please listen to all the people and order a size down (I feel like I was multiple sizes big).
