Leather jacket

Disappointed jacket packed in a bag, came with hanger which arrived broken in pieces. Overall jacket is very nice, good quality.

Poor Return and Refund Process

The jacket is beautiful, however make sure you buy correct everything and you never need to return it. This is sold via 3rd party, l needed to return due to sizing and it has been a nightmare. It’s been 21 days since returning with no acknowledgment that they at least received item back and are processing refund. Mind you, they mention 7-10 days to process refund. I have been in the phone for hours just trying to figure this out to no avail. Don’t know what else to do or who to contact.
