Poorly designed and poorly constructed.

Coat has a nice shape and color- blue/gray. Zippers are flimsy and get stuck on fabric. Zipper broke last time I wore the coat. Nothing to hold hood in place- it just slides off no matter what you do. I expected a lot better quality from Cole Haan. Huge disappointment and a waste of money. I wish I could return it.

Poor zipper quality

I loved this coat, but the zipper broke after a couple times wearing. Macy’s would not refund me or provide me with a new coat. If it weren’t for the zipper I would have given this coat a 5 stars.

Terrible zippers

The zippers constantly get stuck. Also, the coat is so long and does not have a zipper on the bottom to use when getting in and out of the car. Constantly pulling zipper apart from the bottom. I have actually been stuck in my coat for 15 min fighting zippers.

Side Pocket zippers keep getting stuck

I bought the black petite - this would be a perfect coat if not for the zippers. Side Pocket zippers get stuck frequently along with the zipper for the front bib. Also better to dry clean than machine wash. Machine wash put lint all over my clothing
