Incompetent Store, Don’t Buy From

Macy’s doesn’t know how to e-commerce two decades after everyone figured it out and it shows. They took my order with a PO Box delivery address despite the fact that they apparently don’t deliver to PO Boxes. Rather than have me update my shipping address, they sent this backpack by UPS only to have it returned to them. I tried to have the shipping address modified, but to no avail. If you’re thinking of buying this, then buy it directly from Cole Haan. Macy’s doesn’t deserve any business.

Nice backpack - pet hair really clings

Great backpack, perfect really, with exception that the fabric sections attract pet hair and it’s very hard to remove. This has made this brand new beautiful bag look so so with pet hair all over it.

Pigskin is the new Black

I’ve carried a backpack 🎒 since college and throughout my career. Now that I’m retiring (and already have several very nice timepieces) I chose the Triboro Backpack as my retirement gift 🎁 to set the tone of how I plan to spend the next chapter now that I’m going “off the clock”. Fell in love with it the first time I saw it and just bided my time.
