I wasn’t going to comment, but since you sent an email asking for my review— the item never arrived. I ordered it on cyber Monday for a good price, then a full week later, was told the item was out of stock and “not to worry, you won’t be charged.” You all need to fix your systems to not let someone even order an item that’s out of stock. Or at least not take a week to figure it out. And not to request a review for an item that never arrived.
Not the color it shows on picture
The jacket is very nice but the color is very different from the picture on the website I also have the black version that I picked up at the store for about $90 less. I wanted the nice brown that you can see on this picture but the brown that I got Almost looks black. Other than that it’s a very nice jacket looks well made and the material is very soft and comfortable will recommend if you are willing settle for a different color variation.

I purchased this jacket for my partner’s birthday. 10 days after I ordered it and the birthday had passed. I still have not received it. I was told to wait another week. I waited. The week was told to wait another two days. I waited another two days. And they never had the jacket in stock in the first place. customer service was unwilling to make a comparable substitution. I will never purchase anything from Macy’s again. Very poor customer service. They knew at the very beginning that they didn’t have the jacket if they would’ve just left.
Leather jacket
The excellent quality that I would expect from Cole Haan! Beautiful and fits true to size. My son is 6' 0" and weighs 180 lbs. I bought a large.

This was never even shipped. You can see on tracking that it was never mailed. Got the run around from customer service. Still waiting for a refund.
