Bought New Received Pre Used

Bought these shoes and I received a pair that was creased and looked used from the sole. A definite return that Macy’s resold when they should have pulled it from the shelf. Very disappointing to see a company this large can’t check reevaluate their returns before sending them back for sale.

Very Diappointing!

They looked worn, stretched out and baggie! It was an immediate NO when we opened the box. They are being returned ASAP! Very Diappointing.
