Terrible Product and Customer Service

DO NOT PURCHASE. I received my item and was given a broken box with shoe scuff marks all over it. On the side of this terrible box was an orange label with “Floor Sample” on it with sharpie attempting to cross it out . I suppose I received the box of shoes that they have everyone try on in the store. Customer service isn’t any better because I had to go pay to ship it back even though they said i’d have a complimentary label. Upon reshipment I asked for a refund instead and now I have to wait for the new pair to ship to simply return it right back. There’s no way in the span of 10 seconds it automatically shipped out. Be very careful ordering from Macys because it causes a royal pain in your day if they ship you something that has defects in it.
