off white sole of shoe not same as pictured

When I received the shoes I thought that was the style bright white with off white soles. I don’t look off but I didn’t check it. I wish I would have noticed sooner and returned them. I purchased them online and they are not cheap. Now I got a one off product.

poor quality shoe lace

the shoe lace broke after wearing literally twice. The company uses the cheapest shoe lace they can find. My husband wore shoes two times and the shoe lace broke. Very poor quality of laces of so expensive shoes.
