Good build, we’ll thought out design, average style

The finer attention to the style of the bags could be refined especially at its price point. The zipper, the inner linings, the hooks etc. are of average build. However, if you get this bag on a discount then you should definitely for it !

Big, but I love it

Some of the reviews said that it was too bulky, and I agree. However, I wanted to have a big one to carry many things in one bag. This bag perfectly meets my needs.

Solid work back

Beautifully well made, as I would have expected from a product from Cole Haan. Fits nicely a 16" MacBook Pro, iPad, Headphones, chargers, etc. Plenty of space inside to also have a water bottle standing up. I like the quick access to the cell phone holder as well. Wish the bag stood up better on its own and that the plastic connection points between the shoulder strap and the bag were brown (not black), but otherwise no complaints for it.

A little bulky and awkward

This bag is bulkier than I expected - lots of padding. I also find the front pockets not very accessible. It looks nice, but less nice to use.
