Bedtime mocktail

Ok so, apparently unflavored does not mean flavorless. I cannot tolerate the flavor of this powder in water alone, between the sweetness and slight licorice taste of the monk fruit and the mild fishiness of the magnesium. I’ve found a way to take it that’s enjoyable, though, inspired by the “sleepy girl mocktail” from TikTok. First, two shot glasses of juice (I’ve used tart cherry and cran apple), then about a teaspoon of lime juice—lemon would work, too, without the acidity the magnesium turns the juice weird colors and it’s off-putting. Science! (The citrus is not enough to cause acid reflux for me personally, and I’m sensitive to that kind of thing. The pH is just way too basic without it.) Stir in the magnesium with a straw, be patient and try to sprinkle so it doesn’t clump. Then fill the rest of the glass with cold filtered water. It’s much more palatable this way, and I use it to take the rest of my meds/supplements before bed. It’s more work than the better-flavored magnesium citrate I used to take, but glycinate is a better tool for the job (sore feet from ME/CFS) and I don’t miss the artificial flavoring and stevia… So yeah that’s an option if you don’t want to take yet another pill and don’t mind buying juice. Taking off a star because it would obviously be better if it just tasted good in water.

Sun Flower Oil

I really do not understand why they use sunflower oil in their products. The product may be very good for some health issues, but you are killing us with sunflower oil, which is very toxic and inflammatory. I can't believe it. We cannot trust any company; they do not care about us, just money.

Powder form is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like liposomal vitamin C & magnesium glycinate; which is the preferred Mg! We can do w/o all the capsules. Use it in our smoothies- pure, no color, & no taste👍 What a joy!

Horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was a waste of money! The taste is so bad that I couldn’t even drink it. I had a subscription but cancelled. Switched to Mary Ruth nighttime minerals. Has a great taste.

Excellent Supplement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying a lot of magnesium supplements lately in all sorts of forms. This is the first powder I've tried and it does seem to give my anxiety a break. The powder is sweet which I don't like but I like the effect it has on me so I can keep up with it. I'm going to take it until it runs out and then try another canister of it for my teenage son who also has bad anxiety. I find that taking it at night is the best because it makes me a little sleepy and my son suffers from insomnia. So, for a sleep aid (not like melatonin) and lessening anxiety, I would recommend this.

Great item!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take a lot of herbal supplements. My herbalist recommended that I take this product because magnesium glycinate is the best form of magnesium. It’s a powder so it gets in your system faster. I take it before going to bed and it really relaxes your body.
