This pharmacist approves

I am a pharmacist with a history of migraine episodes. I’ve been switching between magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate from a common OTC brand for years. The first night I took Codeage’s magnesium threonate, I quickly felt the calming effect of this product before bed. I was hesitant at first to purchase this due to the cost and having to take 3 pills per serving but I will be repurchasing! Worth the money and I think it is helping.

Liposomal Magnesium L-Threonate

product has made a big difference. I 'm sleeping better, longer, uninterrupted - it does not make me sleepy, yet I fall asleep easily & stay asleep. Awakening, I feel refreshed, energetic, focused & less edgy. Don't get me wrong. It is not a "magic" pill. I think my experience is related to consistently getting 7-8 hrs uninterrupted sleep. It is tasteless and dissolves easily in liquid. Codeage is a solid company that regulates the quality of their products. Tried it on a whim, so glad I did. Am pretty surprised that it makes such a difference

Great for sleep!!!

I've been taking this supplement for about a month now and I've been so happy with the results. I typically take forever to fall asleep, and then wake up frequently in the night. I only average about 4-5 hours of sleep a night. Since taking this product, I fall asleep much faster (within minutes) and stay asleep with only minimal waking in the night. Now I'm averaging 7-8 hours of sleep a night and thus feel so much better overall! When I used to wake in the night it would take me a long time to fall back asleep or I couldn't at all, but now I can go right back to sleep if I do wake up (I'm a light sleeper). The sleep benefits alone make this product so worth it!

Great for memory and cardiovascular health!

Got it for my mom and grandma since they both have slight problem with cardiovascular health. It gives me piece of mind that they doing their best to keep themself in a good shape as far as blood pressure and also helping memory stay sharp! Love quality of this product!

I have not slept for decades, even though i took another brand of magnesium. I had restless legs all night long. Immediately after taking Codeage brand, the restless legs disappeared completely. I have slept soundly for 7 nights. Frankly, I think it is a miracle. I am buying more of Codeage supplements for gut, multi etc because i am thinking that the other brands are worthless. Codeage Multivitamin has increased my energy and a general “well being” that was absent before.

Better than other powdered magnesium

I bought this to complement a protocol I'm currently doing. The last 2 forms of magnesium I've purchased were powders and they were difficult to absorb into water so I decided to try capsules. This is a much easier way to take magnesium and is a lot easier for me while on my travels. I really love all the codage brand products!
