never receive

I’m a loyal customer from Macys from years and never had a problem until now. I purchased 4 Christmas gift for my grandaughters and never receive them. Macys send me a box with a small toy inside. I called them and spoke to 3 different people and they Just told me that supposedly they did send it and couldn’t do anything. So since then I haven’t purchase anything from Macys. Be careful Macys is sending package with whatever they want no what you order.
