came damaged and never recived my refund

Do not purchase this unit. It does not work properly. It does not even cool a 250 sqft room. It is suppose to cool a room upto 775 sqft. I purchase this unit on sale in April 2024 to use during the summer months. This unit has never cooled the 250sqft room during the day. I live in a hot dry environment and the only thing this unit has done is make the air humid!!! Hot and Humid Air!! I tried to change the settings and the fan speed and that does not work either. The fan is supposed to have 3 speeds I only get 1 speed and I don't even know which speed it's on. Tonight I went in to the room and as usual over the past few months, it is super Hot and Humid in the room. I opened the back air vents and the thing is frozen. How did that happen? I have only had this unit running for 2 months. I have had it with this unit! I want to return it and get a refund!!
