Arrived in plastic bag, no shoe box, dirty, used

Horrible! When the package arrived in the mail, I opened the box to discover the shoes in a sealed plastic bag with no shoe box!!! The shoes also appeared worn. The last item I recently purchased from Macy's was dirty, used, and had a sticky substance all over that got on my hands. I know Macy's is downsizing, however the customer service/quality is horrible!!!!

bought size 8 received 8.5. it runs big! go size down even 2 sizes.

Found these on sale at 1/2 off. Love at first sight. Upon arrival....I realized I should've sized down 1/2 size. Runs large. For a 6 1/2. Should've gotten a 6. Considering returning.

Go Get them!

I love my new coach leopard shoes OMG there are so beautiful and comfortable also there are so light, but let me told you there are TRUE SIZE I usually order 7.5 because is a tennis shoes but this time I order 7 and they fit me perfectly I recommended for you!! there lo so elegant so classy. I am a Coach girl 100% and I got them in special during thanksgiving weekend.

disappointed

First order wrong size second order I received a damaged shoe. And it didn’t come with stuffed one shoe didn’t. Highly disappointed this ain’t the first time I order coach shoes and received a damaged worn pair! The shoes you ordering are displays shoes that they box up and ship out. I’m one hour and forty minutes away from the outlets I better off going there at least I would know I’m not getting a worn/used coach!
