I love these boots but the size..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these boots, but I think you would have to go up a 1/2 size. I always go up 1/2 size bigger in my shoes which is why I ordered a size 91/2. Now Iwill have to go to a size 10. 😩The boot rubs across the toe. Other than that, I love the boot, but I will have to exchange for another size.

Beautiful boot

The boot is gorgeous but too tight because of width. My feet are too wide.

Presentation is Everything

When I finally opened my shoe box (excited to try the on) I was not happy to see the item was not in pristine condition. You could tell the boot had been tried on as there were creases at the back of the boots and across the top. Unfortunately they were out in my size and Macy's Customer Service was unwilling to take a percentage off. I was told my only alternative was to return the boot for a refund.

Cute but too narrow and stiff

Cute but too narrow and stiff. I plan on returning. I think they come in UK sizing, i.e., I normally wear a size 10M (medium) but these were 10B which is made more narrower than a 10M medium sized shoe.

Wear a few times then all good

Took a few wearings to break them in, they did rub my skin the first time I wore them. But now they don't and are comfortable and warm.
