I loved the shoes but the charm is missing.. The only reason i bought it, is because of the charm, it is so cute but very disappointed when i open the box,.. This is a call for macy's management, Why you put items for sale with charms like that but doesnt come with it when you shipped it!. And even on the description of the item, it doesnt say that charm is "not included".. I love shopping macy's online on and this is the 1sr time im so disappointed on what i bought :-(

Black ones...They run narrow I normally wear a 7 but glad I ordered an 8... as I read reviews from others ... they are correct the charms are missing from the back of them..

Decent designer sneaker pairs well with suits
Purchased the Coach Leather Signature Jogger Sneakers in size 7M (order half size up from your dress shoe size) in black color. Recommend purchasing this Coach jogger sneaker to wear with suits at the office only at SALE price. My feet are flat with bunions; sneaker fit well with these health conditions. Laces must be loosened to accommodate wide feet or else shoe feels tight around instep. One plus: Outer sole has treads to guard against slippage in bad weather. One design issue: the inside sole's material at toe box slips against cotton socks causing cotton socks to bunch up against toes.

Just got my coach sneaker, very beautiful but have to return because the little logo chain at the back of the sneaker is missing from the pair Macy's shipped to me. It's a real shame I expected more professional attention to details before items are shipped out by Macy's. I called customer service immediately, nothing can be done. Have to return very disappointed.
