coach bag

I bought a Ralph Lauren bag on line and they also sent me a used one. I couldn’t believe it. Had no tags and it was all scratched. So disappointed.

A bought a coach bag expecting a new one…

A purchased a coach soft tabby shoulder bag expecting to get a new one… not expecting a used bag! I will never buy purses from Macys again! Awful experience!!

so beautiful 😍

When I received this bag it was missing the shoulder strap and was just in its bag with no protection around it. Loved the bag but for the price it needs to have the shoulder strap and better protection. I will try again and hopefully the next bag will have the shoulder strap

disappointed!!

They sent me a completely different, low quality bag that was old and nothing compared to the purse I paid for! It almost looked like someone took off the tag from the original bag and put it on an old used bag !
