Hard to open and close

This is an okay-looking wallet, but there are two reasons I'm returning it. The first is that the snaps front and back are very stiff and take a lot of pressure to close. The second reason is that the metal C on the front sticks out more than I'd like for trying to fit this into a small cross body with other items. It wouldn't be a problem with a larger bag, but it is with some of the smaller Coach crossbodies.
