Not color pictured. Month delay

Online order took over a month. Not even color pictured. It was ridiculous and time consuming dealing with customer service. I am shocked how horrible. I'm a long time Macy's patron and this makes me not want to shop there. Don't recommend online. I ended up purchasing direct from Coach at 25% off anyway. Received in 3 days , weeks before Macy's even went from processing to on way to store. In all this time there's a charge hold on Macy's card and nothing to be done. No customer service.

Disappointed

The picture shows natural straw- the bag is black. The item # is in very small print which seems deceptive. Straw is stiff and scratchy, not flexible. Small size, holds essentials.

Love the black straw!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size for vacation or beach day. I got the smaller one to carry water bottle, sunscreen, and wallet -maybe a book or kindle. Perfect size for that! Contemplating getting the larger one, too, but for my needs, the smaller one was better fit.
