the metal wears against leather making marks

i loved this purse when it first arrived. I’ve only had it for a year and notice the gold hardware causes a grease like marks on the leather where the hardware rubs. the material is hard to keep clean.

Love the bag. Cute style and the fabric is great. I have been buying coach purses for many years. They clean up well and last forever with classic styles. Only one con for this purse. On the inside there is no zipper section. It does have a pocket for phone but I do miss not having a zipper section inside the purse. As a pro, it does have a nice zipper section on the outside of purse.

Perfect and versatile

This bag is perfect for me. It is not too heavy, even after I fill it with my things. This is really important for my neck and shoulders and it fits well as a shoulder bag with the "handles", yet I also have the cross body option with the extra long strap. I love the softness of the fabric, rather than a stiff leather bag. It is perfect for a light colored all year bag.
