The picture does not do this bag justice. The embellishments are tasteful, classic and absolutely what makes this satchel a must. Love the rich, deep color. Not heavy, adjustable strap, roomy without feeling like to "black hole" ....love this ....

Disappointed

As soon as I recieved the coach bag crystals were falling off I did not even use it yet.I returned it and was offered another one but I declined.coach is usually much better quality.

Gave Coach a second chance!

I was tired of the same old Coach designed and stopped purchasing a few years ago. I was so in love with the bag when I came across it. In person, it’s even prettier. I can’t wait to use it for my Birthday this weekend!

Buyer Beware

I absolutely loved this bag the first time I saw it. I proceeded to purchase it and subsequently began using it. I wish that I had been paying more attention to the design of the bag. The very first thing that drew me in was the sequins on the front of the bag. That's where the problem with this bag lies. It constantly snags your clothing and any other materials it comes in contact with. I have cut my fingers on this bag several times. Those sequins are no joke! I have also noticed that the sequins are starting to pull away from the bag and are getting loose. I'm really disappointed in this bag and wish that I could go back and purchase a better one. At least I wouldn't have ruined several articles of clothing and gone through a lot of Band-Aids and Neosporin. Three stars is a generous rating for this bag, I rated it as such due to the overall look of the bag. Coach really missed the mark on this bag!!!
